Since the re-introduction of the Air Max 98, we’ve seen several colourways hit the shelves and inevitably sell out. Now, the brand have unleashed what is possibly one of the cleanest colourways yet, titled “Snakeskin”.
The Air Max 98 is simply a classic silhouette, it’s chunky and durable yet still manages to look refined and clean. Nike has just unveiled images of what looks like the best colourway of the model we’ve seen so far. It’s titled “Snakeskin” and features a plethora of different construction materials. We’ve got an exclusive first look at the sneakers in all their glory – check out some of the images below.
The upper is constructed from a mix of mesh panels, soft suede and snakeskin overlays. Colours-wise, the pair consists of mainly white, cream and tan tones, giving off a natural and earthy feel. Of course, Nike branding can be found throughout, with multiple Swoosh logos featured across the shoes. A full-length air unit makes an appearance here, as you’d expect from an Air Max 98.
If you’re as keen as we are on this new colourway of a classic silhouette, the good news is that it’s available now via select retailers and of course from Nike directly. Although this pair are technically a general release, if you want to secure a pair we’d move sooner rather than later as a pair this clean won’t hang around.
